Our mission is to provide tailored leadership coaching, teambuilding training and research services in English, Spanish or both languages for staff development of medium and small enterprises and nonprofit organizations (hospitals, institutes, universities, outreach programs, ministry groups). For over to 28 years we have offered leadership and team-building workshops, seminars, retreats and training sessions to medium & small organizations throughout the United States and the Caribbean benefiting over 2,300 participants. Most of our programs are offered on a "donations basis", a core competency of our consulting philosophy.
