John is a consulting partner with the PRISM Leadership Consulting Group
(PLCG). He has been a management practitioner in the education, consulting, health care, and non-profit sectors for over 25
years. He also has extensive experience in developing and implementing employee development programs and in the area of instructional
technology. He has co-authored articles on the use of computer technology in education and presented at conferences. He holds a bachelors degree in Psychology and a masters degree in Instructional Technology
from Columbia University.
He is a permanent deacon in the Diocese of St. Petersburg, Florida

Dr. Ron Rojas Ron
is the Managing Associate of the PRISM Leadership Consulting Group and has been a management practitioner and consultant in
the electronic manufacturing, educational, military and non-profit sectors for over 20 years , having recently conducted over
fifty leadership development workshops, seminars and retreats for over 800 participants attending. He has a Masters in
Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Illinois University with a concentration in Engineering Management, and a doctorate
in Business Administration (DBA) from the University of Sarasota/Argosy (Florida). He is also a Healthcare Administrator, certified International Health Specialist (IHS) and a retired
Colonel in the United States Air Force Reserve. He just recently published a textbook on Collaborative Leadership and on SPirituality in Management and Leadership.
Dr. Rojas teaches MBA research with AIU Online and for the Argosy-Chicago doctorate program. |

Lisa has conducted and evaluated over 80 retreats, seminars, workshops and outreach programs for high school
and middle school teens. She is particularly talented in teen guidance and mentoring, and uses these skills in developing
youth leadership and training adult facilitators. Lisa has been successful in stimulating and fostering adolescent spirituality,
and is responsible for the breadth and validation of PRISM Leadership Consulting Group's (PLCG) flagship youth leadership
program, Forming Young Leaders for the Church (FYLC). She holds a bachelors degree in Human Development from Eckerd College
and a certificate in Youth Ministry from the Center for Ministry Development. She currently works as assistanr director of
Youth Ministry, Diocese of Pensacola.
