Forming Youth Leaders for the Church
(FYLC)
A flexible program for six weekends designed to form a solid theoretical
and practice base for young leaders within the Church. Each of the topics
within the weekend is guided by a printed worksheet . Every small group of
5-8 members discuss the worksheet and prepare an activity. All small group
activities are conducted in a plenary session for all to enjoy. An adult
facilitator training is also offered to enhace the leadership skill coaching
and mentoring.
